ReceiptTrack

Capture receipts on your phone. Review everything properly on the web.

ReceiptTrack gives you a quick Android capture tool and a larger web workspace for receipt review, expense tracking, dashboards, reports, and export packages. Free plan, no card required.

Capture receipts on Android

Use your phone as the capture device when the receipt happens. Scan it in seconds and the record syncs to your workspace before the paper hits a pocket.

Review records on the web

Use the larger dashboard to check extracted details, clean up categories, and see exactly what still needs attention before month end.

Reports and exports

Downloadable PDF reports, CSV files, accounting-ready CSVs for QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, and archive packages for accountant handoff or a clean backup.

AI with human review

AI reads the merchant, date, total, items, and category. You can check and correct any field before the record counts for anything.

Made with UK sole traders and small businesses in mind

Self-employed accounts can categorise receipts against expense categories that mirror the HMRC self-employment (SA103F) boxes. Digital record keeping is also the foundation of Making Tax Digital — our free guides cover what is changing and when.

Frequently asked questions

Is ReceiptTrack a receipt scanner app or a web expense tracker?

It is both. The Android app is the quick capture device for receipts on the go. The web app is the larger workspace for review, dashboards, reports, and exports — one account, the same records on both.

Can I start without paying?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card — create an account and start scanning straight away. The optional 14-day Pro trial requires a card and converts to Pro monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.

How fast is receipt extraction?

A single receipt is usually read in a few seconds. Batches work too: upload a stack of receipts at once and a batch of 100 typically finishes in under half a minute.

Can I correct AI receipt extraction?

Yes. Every extracted receipt stays fully editable — merchant, date, total, category, line items, and notes. The AI does the reading; you stay in control of the final record.

Does ReceiptTrack work for UK sole traders and small businesses?

Yes — UK records are our home ground. Self-employed accounts can categorise receipts against expense categories that mirror the HMRC self-employment (SA103F) boxes, and exports are designed for accountant handoff.

Is ReceiptTrack Making Tax Digital filing software?

No. ReceiptTrack keeps your receipts and expenses as organised digital records with clean exports — a strong foundation for tax admin — but it does not submit anything to HMRC.
