ReceiptTrack

Keep a record of every business journey.

Log your route, purpose and business miles. Review journeys, prepare claims and record reimbursements in Business Hub.

The details behind your business miles

Create a vehicle record, then enter the date, route, purpose and miles for each business journey. Manual entry keeps you in control of what is recorded.

Review journeys before claiming

Check the vehicle, distance and business purpose. Approved, unclaimed journeys from the same tax year can be grouped into a claim.

Keep the rate with the record

Review the rate shown for the journey tax year and vehicle. The claim brings the journey details and calculated amount together.

Follow a claim through reimbursement

Review and approve a submitted claim, then record its reimbursement separately. Keep the payment details available with the journeys they cover.

Keep records ready for your accountant

Retain the journey, claim and reimbursement history for review. Reimbursement offers a posting preview; it does not create an expense automatically.

Invoices, payments and accounting entries are separate steps. Business Hub does not collect payments or submit these documents to HMRC. Mileage includes a posting preview, not an expense entry.

Available to owners of self-employed and company workspaces, including HMRC workspaces. Pro and Advanced include editing; Free and Starter are view-only. The optional 14-day Pro trial requires a card.

Frequently asked questions

Does ReceiptTrack automatically track my driving?

No. Mileage is a manual-entry workflow. You supply the route, purpose and business miles; GPS and automated route calculation are not included.

Are mileage rates fixed for every journey?

No. The applied calculation depends on the tax year, vehicle and relevant accumulated mileage. Review the effective rate and official source shown by the product before relying on the result.

Does reimbursement automatically create an expense?

No. Recording reimbursement preserves evidence and enables a posting preview only. It is not an automatic accounting post or HMRC submission.
