ReceiptTrack Is Now Live

ReceiptTrack Is Now Live - Receipt and Expense Tracking Software

ReceiptTrack is now live.

From 1 May 2026, ReceiptTrack is available as a simple receipt and expense tracking workspace for individuals, self-employed people, freelancers, and small businesses that want clearer financial records without extra admin.

The goal is straightforward: make it easier to capture receipts, review extracted details, organise expenses, and prepare useful reports from one place.

For many people, receipt management still happens too late. Receipts sit in inboxes, camera rolls, wallets, folders, or spreadsheets until tax time or month-end reporting becomes stressful. ReceiptTrack was built to make that workflow calmer and more practical.

Instead of leaving receipts scattered, users can upload them, review the extracted information, adjust categories, apply tax values where needed, and keep everything connected to a clear record.

Built for everyday record keeping

ReceiptTrack is designed around a simple workflow:

1. Capture receipts
2. Review extracted details
3. Organise records
4. Export reports when needed

The product is especially useful for people who do not need a heavy accounting system, but still need better control over receipts and expenses.

That includes self-employed workers, sole traders, freelancers, small business owners, and people who want a better way to manage personal or business records.

What ReceiptTrack helps with

ReceiptTrack helps users keep receipts and expenses easier to review by bringing key information into one workspace.

Users can work with receipt images, merchant names, dates, totals, categories, VAT or tax values, income records, analytics, and reports.

The focus is not on adding complexity. The focus is on making the everyday finance admin easier to handle.

A practical first release

This launch is the first public step for ReceiptTrack.

The current version focuses on the core receipt tracking experience: scanning or uploading receipts, reviewing records, organising expenses, and preparing reports.

More improvements are already planned, including stronger analytics, smoother mobile workflows, better reporting tools, and more support for different tax regions.

What comes next

ReceiptTrack will continue to improve around three main ideas:

- keeping receipt capture simple
- making review and categorisation faster
- helping users prepare cleaner records for themselves, accountants, or business reporting

The product is live now at ReceiptTrack.co.uk.

We are excited to start helping users spend less time chasing receipts and more time understanding their records.
